Choc Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients….

1 small to medium banana

150g high protein unsweetened yoghurt (try plain Chobani)

1 cup of coconut water

1 tablespoon of raw unsalted peanut butter

2 tablespoons of cacao powder

Handful of ice

Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

 

How to make….

1.Place the coconut water, banana, peanut butter,

yoghurt, cacao powder, ice and salt into a vitamix or high speed blender and blend on full for 1 minute.

2.Remove and pour into a large glass

3.Enjoy!
