Smashed Avocado

on Toast
 

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 lower carbohydrate bread slice

  • 1/2 cup avocado, mashed

  • 1 lemon wedge

  • 2 tsp. olive oil

  • Himalayan salt

 

 

Method

  1. Combine the avocado with olive oil, lemon juice and Himalayan salt in a small bowl

  2. Toast the bread slice until liking and place on a plate

  3. Spread the smashed avocado over the toast

  4. Serve
