Ingredients

1 lower carbohydrate bread slice

1/2 cup avocado, mashed

1 lemon wedge

2 tsp. olive oil

Himalayan salt
Method

Combine the avocado with olive oil, lemon juice and Himalayan salt in a small bowl

Toast the bread slice until liking and place on a plate

Spread the smashed avocado over the toast
