Choc Smoothie Bowl

 

Serves 2

 

Ingredients….

 

1 ripe banana – frozen

1 cup almond milk, coconut cashew milk

1 tablespoon roasted almond butter

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 fresh pitted dates

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

handful ice

Berries or sliced banana to serve

Nuts and seeds to serve

 

How to make….

 

1.Combine the banana, almond milk, almond butter, cacao powder, dates, cinnamon and ice into a high speed blender.

2.Blend until smooth and creamy.

3.Divide between 2 small serving bowls.

4.Garnish with nuts seeds and fresh berries.

5.Enjoy.
